Deliverable D1.10 Methodology for Validation and Impact Assessment

This document presents the methodology and procedures for the Ground Truth 2.0 validation and impact assessment. The combination of monitoring, validation and impact assessment will provide a comprehensive a feedback tool to inform improvements to the final citizen observatories and innovate specific aspects of the products, closing the gap between a proven technology and a commercialized product.
